- Monitor the commercial performance of joint ventures and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and identifying areas for optimization.
- Track and analyse KPIs for JV trunk routes, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve revenue performance.
- Advise regional sales teams and Business Development Managers on actions to enhance JV contribution, ensuring recommendations are data-driven and commercially sound.
- Support the development of route-level performance reviews, business cases, and corrective action plans to maximize JV value.
- Ensure all performance monitoring and advisory activities are conducted in compliance with ATI governance frameworks and JV regulatory agreements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Sales Partnership Management, Revenue Management and Alliances to align on performance targets and joint commercial initiatives.
- Maintain structured reporting tools and dashboards to provide consistent visibility on JV metrics and drive data driven decision-making.
- Regular analysis and monitoring of global account performance per channel, leveraging internal data and available market intelligence (PRISM, DDS…) to identify opportunities to improve revenue quality.
- Support the delivery of strategic and targeted incentive modelling to maximize revenue within distribution strategy and cost of sale frameworks for all contracted global accounts and ensure that agency dealing strategies are defined taking into consideration market specificities.
- Work closely with Regional BDM & RGM to understand performance gaps and drive subsequent POS and account level steering.
- Support the HDQ Sales Enablement team with inputs on reporting requirements and reference data for global accounts.
- Support the Business Development Manager Network & Projects in coordinating and steering all sales activities related to new destinations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related fields required. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in airline partnerships, revenue management and / or global sales.
- Strong analytical background: ability to synthesize performance data in a meaningful way required
- Experience in managing JVs or strategic partnerships, preferably across international markets is a plus
- Excellent grasp of broader commercial and revenue functions in the airline industry required
- Team player with cultural awareness & understanding required
- Advanced Excel skills / data modelling / highly numerate – required
- Advanced Power Point skills – required
