• Provide budget inputs for ordering and pricing to form the consolidated budget for the Parts operation and make the stock available to achieve the agreed budget

• Review order quantities generated by the computer system Syncron and place accurate orders on principals and other suppliers to achieve healthy stock turn

• Guide Inventory Executives in processing urgent orders and maintain effective controls to ensure a healthy ratio of urgent orders to stock orders

• Review branch stocks and call back slow-moving parts to the Central Warehouse to maintain Lean Inventory

• Analyze back-to-back orders placed by branches and approve supplier discrepancy claim reports to ensure timely settlement

• Continuously monitor orders to the Principal and suppliers within the stipulated time

• Assist in the Physical Inventory at the Central Warehouse at all locations

• Implement effective mechanisms for the replenishment of parts to ensure an "out of stock" position

• Plan and finalize initial parts orders for new models and ensure availability during new product launch
