The CompanyRobert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their existing team. You will support the full employee life cycle including employee relations and onboarding.The Role
  • Full 360 HR co-ordination support
  • Support on boarding and induction
  • Update HRIS systems
  • Assistant with performance management
  • Support with recruitment processes, reference checks and outstanding new hire documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries
  • Plan and implement 1-2-1 Development process
The Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field required
  • 3 to 6 years experience at HR Assistant or HR Co -Ordination level
  • Role is based in office
