The CompanyRobert Half are working with a company based in Dubai, looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their existing team. You will support the full employee life cycle including employee relations and onboarding.The Role

Full 360 HR co-ordination support
Support on boarding and induction
Update HRIS systems
Assistant with performance management
Support with recruitment processes, reference checks and outstanding new hire documents.
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Plan and implement 1-2-1 Development process

The Candidate

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field required
3 to 6 years experience at HR Assistant or HR Co -Ordination level
Role is based in office
