- Support delivery of cost management services across all project lifecycle stages and sectors
- Assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection with clear reporting
- Apply value management techniques during early planning and design stages
- Support estimating and cost planning activities to develop final cost plans
- Participate in procurement processes including tender analysis, evaluation, and contract preparation
- Prepare contract documentation and support management of variations in line with contract terms
- Assist with cost control, financial reporting, and monthly commercial reviews
- Collaborate with cost consultants and project teams to maintain cost certainty
- Support mentoring of junior team members and contribute to net zero carbon initiatives
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent qualification
- Professional membership such as MRICS or working toward an equivalent
- Essential experience working in the Middle East on infrastructure or aviation projects
- Understanding of procurement strategies, cost planning, and contract administration
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
