Looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join a Free Zone team within a Dubai government entity.Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer service by providing clear information, directions, and assistance to walk-in visitors and clients.Maintain detailed knowledge of Free Zone services, procedures, and policies.Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries from clients and prospective customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.Maintain records of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.Keep internal documents and service guides up to date to support accurate information sharing.Communicate relevant updates or changes in Free Zone operations to internal departments.Oversee the reception area, ensuring timely and professional client service.Provide administrative and operational support as needed.Operating EnvironmentOffice-based role with extended hours on a computer when required.EducationBachelors degree required.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years customer service experience.UAE/GCC experience preferred, particularly within a government or Free Zone environment.Skills & KnowledgeFamiliar with EBMS and Oracle systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Trained in telephone etiquette and customer service excellence.Would you like to include a brief personal profile or cover letter to go along with this?
