• Lead development and implementation of SHE policies, procedures, and best practices across project sites
• Provide expert SHE advice to project teams ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
• Analyze SHE performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Integrate SHE considerations into project planning and execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify risks and improvement actions
• Perform technical work across environmental, health, and safety disciplines to achieve ES and H compliance
• Apply fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of environmental and safety specialties
• Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs and systems
• Monitor and prevent workplace hazards and occupational diseases
• Investigate accidents, incidents, injuries, and hazard-related complaints and implement corrective actions

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred
• 8 to 12 years of experience in safety, health, and environment roles within infrastructure or Dubai Municipality environments
• Proven record of developing and implementing effective SHE programs
• Strong knowledge of local and international SHE regulations and standards
• Demonstrated success improving safety performance and environmental sustainability metrics
• Proficiency in safety management systems, risk assessment, and environmental impact analysis
