- B.Sc. degree in either Quantity Surveying or Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical discipline with Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
- Post graduation in Construction/Contract management is a must.
- Professional Member of RICS/AIQS is preferable.
- Working knowledge about MEP construction industry.
- Experience of FIDIC based Contracts.
- Experience in Quantity Take-off, Estimation and BOQ preparation
- Experience in Interim/Progress Payment Application preparation along with handling of Sub-contractors Payments.
- Experience in handling of Contractual Variations/ Change orders (should be conversant with compliance of notification obligations, Preparation of VOs, rate-build ups, substantiations, and negotiations).
- Ability to identify Claims and timely notification.
- Knowledge of different types of contractual claims including EOT, Prolongation Cost, Suspension and LD.
- Preparation of Forecasts, budgets & cost control measures.
- Knowledge of Project cost data, Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Experience in contractual correspondence. Negotiation skills.
- Good command in English as a working language. High level of Computer Literacy.
- Ability to maintain structured document system.
- Self-organized and ability to work without direction. Ability to meet deadlines.
- Work experience: 7 to 10 years minimum.
