- Accountable for achieving, measuring and monitoring all sales targets and KPIs within the region
- Drive Geographic expansion to new markets across the Middle East, Africa and India.
- Implementing governance compliant processes, policies, tools, concepts and projects in the respective region.
- Implementing the sales organizational structure and deciding on how to optimally build clusters for Area Sales Managers, field sales, inside sales and sales support in the region.
- Responsible for deriving regional sales strategies and implementing strategic sales management within region.
- Responsible for target setting, steering, monitoring and coaching of Sub-Regional /Area Sales Managers
- Coaches, trains and motivates Sub-Regional/ Area Sales Managers.
- Reduces, optimizes and monitors internal sales cost in area of responsibility
- Triggers and tracks sales campaigns with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Marketing) in the region.
- Drives and facilitates for Key Account Management and Tender in the region.
- Facilitates the set-up of global / regional master service agreements with large customers
- Above 8 years of experience in testing, inspections and certifications (TIC)
- At least 3 years of leadership experience as Senior Manager for large teams of professionals
- Experienced in new business development and business expansion
- Experienced in Stakeholder Management
- Expert in negotiation and consultative selling
- Expert in sales planning, pipeline management and opportunity qualification
- Expert in analysing information, problem-solving and decision taking
- Competent in interpreting profit & loss reports
