experience with HR systems and data reporting .HR Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data, including workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation metrics, to provide actionable insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards for HR leaders to support decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and hiring efficiency
- Work with HR and IT teams to enhance HR systems (HRIS, payroll, performance management tools)
- Work closely with HR teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units to ensure successful project implementation
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience, or equivalent, in business analysis, HR analytics, or HRIS-related roles.
