- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring cost savings and favorable terms without compromising quality.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, pricing, and sourcing opportunities.
- Manage supplier performance, conduct audits, and implement supplier development initiatives.
- Supervise the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance with policies and audit standards.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, contract execution, and procurement documentation.
- Leverage Oracle Fusion Cloud to improve efficiency, visibility, and reporting.
- Monitor and control the procurement budget, analyzing spend data for cost reduction opportunities.
- Deliver procurement reports and dashboards to management with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company-wide goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably 4-5 years in a senior role.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement System.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with effective documentation and reporting skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent stakeholder management.
