Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and creative selling strategies.
Maintain high store standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and timely stock replenishment.
Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
Use advanced selling skills to generate high-value transactions and encourage repeat purchases.
Assist customers in finding or obtaining merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands when unavailable in-store.Candidate Requirements
High School Certificate.
1-2 years of industry experience; fresh graduates will be considered.
Good communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
