In this pivotal role, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the futures of our young learners, guiding them through the foundational stages of their academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.- Foster creativity through engaging activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Establish a safe, welcoming, and conducive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.- Conduct continuous assessments to monitor each child's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities and professional development initiatives.- Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's achievements and areas for improvement.- Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.Requirements:- Cache L3 or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).- Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.- Patient demeanor combined with enthusiasm for teaching young children.- Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.- Ability to adapt to the working culture in the UAE.Benefits:- TAX-FREE salary up to 12,000 AED per month based on qualifications and experience (no housing provided, but support is given to find suitable housing close to the nursery).- FREE visa and residency.- FREE medical insurance.- Gratuity Bonus as per UAE labor law.- A 2-year renewable contract.- FREE Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.- Scope for career growth within the nursery.If you are passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of young learners while immersing yourself in the vibrant and dynamic city of Abu Dhabi, we invite you to join our client's exceptional team.
