- Represent and uphold Jumeirah's brand standards in every interaction.
- Handle reservations across multiple properties, upselling services to achieve revenue goals.
- Meet targets for revenue, quality, and customer service set by Jumeirah.
- Ensure compliance with external reservation audits including LQA, Forbes, and IFH standards.
- Resolve customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer records as per Jumeirah guidelines.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
