Experience: Minimum 10 years and above’ experience with recorded detailsJob Requirement:· Previous construction experience within the oil and gas industry
· Previous exposure to high voltage electrical installation including switchgear and electric drives.
· Exposure to Hazardous Area installations
· Instrument calibrations including level transmitters, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters etc
· A working knowledge of BS/IEC/ISA/NFPA/IEEE/ISO/API/ATEX/IECEx codes and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work.
· Hazardous Area installation and inspection experience is an advantage.Job Responsibilities:· Review and approval of Method statements and procedures.
· Installation and testing of Cathodic protection system.
· Calibration of Instruments, Control valves, MOV
· Installation of instruments, JBs, Marshalling cabinets, PLC, DCS.
· Cable laying ,cable identification and Performs tests of continuity, insulation resistance.
· Performs visual inspections, dimensional test, checks rating and material for connection and Performs all relevant loop checks.
· Preparation of AS BUILT DRAWINGS according to the client’s scope.
· Checks power transformers, switchboard, accumulator battery, sockets outlet, lighting system, Earthing system, Skids, Fire & Gas system, PAGA system.
· Checks telephone system & witness testing for fibre optic cable.
· Coordinating with vendors like ICSS vendor, Switch gear vendors.
· Responsible for all interface activities which is related with other simultaneous projects happening and inter discipline coordination.
· Responsible for carrying out FAT and SAT actvities.
· Familiar with all start up activities like pre commissioning, functional check and relevant commissioning activities.Salary : AED 13000 -16000 + Benefits as per UAE law
