Support day-to-day project management activities to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Coordinate and control project-related communications to maintain accurate and timely information flow among all stakeholders
Track, coordinate, and follow up on project deliverables to ensure contractual and technical compliance
Assist in implementing and monitoring project quality management systems and procedures
Prepare and maintain project reports including progress updates, risk registers, and budget tracking
Support stakeholder engagement and coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Assist in identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle
Provide coordination support to multidisciplinary project teams to promote collaboration and accountabilityCandidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with engineering and project control tools used in infrastructure projects
Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly in written and spoken English
Understanding of infrastructure project standards, regulations, and best practices
Basic knowledge of sustainability and environmental requirements in infrastructure projects
