As part of their expanding retail operations, they are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to be the face of their showroom. If you enjoy engaging with customers, understand the importance of presentation, and are driven by results, this role is a perfect fit.Responsibilities:- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their specific product needs.- Showcase machinery features and demonstrate how they meet customer requirements.- Assist clients in finding the right products and guide them through the purchase process.- Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and enhancing the customer experience.- Maintain the store layout and displays to ensure a clean, professional appearance.- Address customer questions, concerns, and exchanges with a helpful attitude.- Stay informed about current product lines, features, and ongoing offers.- Support inventory tasks including stock updates, tagging, and incoming goods.- Follow showroom policies and safety guidelines to ensure smooth retail operations.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in machinery, electronics, or specialty products.- Excellent spoken communication and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable working on weekends or during peak shopping times.- Energetic, approachable, and committed to customer satisfaction.- Basic knowledge of POS systems and good with numbers.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.- Male candidates preferred for this position.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
