We are seeking a Technical Director with a "hands-on" strategic approach to lead the end-to-end deployment of massive-scale Federal Technology infrastructure. Unlike a traditional PMO Lead, this role requires a deep understanding of the technical stack, data sovereignty, and system integration required for Government-to-Government (G2G) and Government-to-Consumer (G2C) platforms.The Profile: "The Architect of Delivery"You are not just tracking timelines; you are solving technical bottlenecks.
