  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Business Intelligence and Lakehouse analytics solutions across multiple business units.
  • Translate complex business processes into structured analytical requirements and technical specifications.
  • Drive rapid prototyping sessions to design, document, test, and deploy scalable data solutions.
  • Represent the Data and Analytics function in senior leadership review meetings and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Develop reusable and scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting assets to enhance enterprise wide analytics maturity.
  • Manage and guide analytics transformation projects in collaboration with program managers and cross functional teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BI initiatives within agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Provide thought leadership in data governance, cloud analytics, AI integration, and digital transformation.
  • Lead and mentor analytics teams to deliver high quality outcomes efficiently and cost effectively.
Ideal Profile
  • Extensive experience leading analytics engineering and enterprise BI transformation programs.
  • Strong technical background in data warehousing, data modeling, and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, Databricks, and Alteryx.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Lakehouse architecture frameworks.
  • Experience working with cloud environments and big data ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through analytics solutions.
