- Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and presentations to promote the hotel's products and services.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to create attractive corporate packages and offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, room nights, and revenue KPIs for the corporate segment.
- Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events in the UAE and regionally.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, market reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the same role within a luxury hotel environment. Dubai Marina experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
