This role leads end‑to‑end IT operations across group headquarters and a manufacturing facility, ensuring stability, security, and scalability of all systems. You will partner closely with senior leadership to align technology with business goals while driving continuous improvement across infrastructure, security, and digital initiatives.
  • Manage group‑wide IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud platforms
  • Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and business continuity across sites
  • Lead IT support, SLAs, user training, and cybersecurity awareness
  • Oversee vendors, licensing, contracts, and annual IT budgets
  • Drive IT roadmap and digital transformation initiatives aligned to growth
Lead IT strategy across HQ and industrial operationsOwn infrastructure, security, and digital transformation
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 5-8 years' IT experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of networks, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA, CISSP) are beneficial
