Test Engineer

• To understand requirements, expectations, constraints and priorities and communicate progress with business stakeholders

• To take direction, discuss requirements, complete tasks, assist in project execution with peer team members 3.2 Requirements Elicitation and Analysis

• Liaise with key stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for Portfolio / Program / Projects / System Enhancements, propose solutions & workarounds, obtain stakeholder approvals, and simplify/translate requirements into system specifications to enable project managers to create accurate and cost effective business cases

• Knowledge in Trade Finance Products – Letter of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance. BRD finalization, solution completeness review, solution document signoffs, define and review test strategy / test scenarios / test execution / defect discussions / update BRD documents / UAT signoffs, support in release activities

• Prepare or assist in preparing end user (run team) manuals and training materials in order to deliver end user training • Support end user (run) team in reviewing SLA / SOPs for regular BAU use. • Support project team (change team) in data collection for post-go live review, and necessary submission • Complete tasks assigned by project managers (For example: approvals, execution and monitoring) to ensure project deliverables are met Self-Management • Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that the work is carried out to the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders • Manage self in line with organizations people management procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business / project performance.
