- Develop service excellence and consumer experience strategy to resolve consumer related issues.
- Ensure proactive and transparent communication throughout the organization and identify innovative ways to enhance current consumer excellence standards.
- Lead and manage own projects across policy priority areas in complaint resolution.
- Contribute policy input to the team’s business planning activities.
- Support internal and external communication of policy work by proactively contributing content, including for our website, social media and media.
- Ideally from a regulatory background, who has experience of policy development, can apply analytical skills, can draft policy documents, and has a strong track record of delivering against their KPIs.
- Working experience in the UAE, with appropriate familiarity with the UAE market and regulations.
