  • Develop, update, and manage architectural BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and related software
  • Coordinate models with structural and MEP teams to ensure smooth integration and clash-free execution
  • Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution
  • Assist in preparing BIM execution plans, deliverables, and documentation in line with project goals
  • Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, project specifications, and company BIM standards
  • Support design and technical teams by providing accurate, coordinated BIM outputs throughout project lifecycle
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler - Architectural in UAE-based construction projects
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
  • Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction sequencing
  • Skilled in clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
