The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers handling. AZI Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.Job Purpose:The Butler reports to the Front of House Manager. They do a first-rate job, which means that any passengers who step into the VIP terminal will be greeted by them. A butler s role as first point of contact is critical, as they must provide the best possible experience for our passengers upon arrival and departure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Must provide excellent customer service to all passengers by maintaining a pleasant, professional, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Assist passengers with carrying their hand luggage.
  • Provide adequate seating arrangements around the VIP terminal.
  • Providing passengers with personalized service.
  • Having thorough understanding of all VIP Terminal amenities for passengers.
  • Collaborating with all departments (guest experience, housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet the needs of passengers.
  • Must wear and maintain a professional uniform supplied by Jetex.
  • Assist in tasks at event related work including exhibitions/shows and coordinating maintainance both exterior and interior of the VIP terminal.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION
  • Bachelor s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years experience in 5* hotel/luxury resort industry
  • Knowledge of another language is big plus.
SPECIFIC/ TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Great interpersonal and communication skillsÂ
  • Excellent in customer service
  • Good knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office and database management)
  • Professional look
