- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various legal matters, including corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation matters.
- Conduct legal due diligence reviews for potential business transactions, acquisitions, and partnerships, identifying legal risks and providing recommendations to the management team.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation matters effectively, including drafting legal documents, coordinating with external counsel, and representing the organization in negotiations and court proceedings when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions is a must.
