  • Provide day to day support to HCM Team on Oracle HCM related issues.
  • Drive the Implementation of new modules in the HCM Domain
  • Manage the changes to the system by documenting business requirements, participate in the development of the solution, user testing and deployment.
  • Coordinate with Oracle managed services for the support
  • Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
  • Strong background on all Oracle Fusion HCM applications
