- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to enhance the guest shopping experience
- Meet individual daily sales and revenue targets on the shop floor
- Deliver customer service standards in line with company and departmental guidelines
- Handle transactions efficiently and professionally
- Ensure retail outlets are presented to the highest visual and operational standards
- Follow procedures to minimize stock loss, damages, returns, and exchanges
- Support inventory control and stock handling processes
- Act as an Atlantis brand ambassador with every guest interaction
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within hospitality or leisure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
