  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to enhance the guest shopping experience
  • Meet individual daily sales and revenue targets on the shop floor
  • Deliver customer service standards in line with company and departmental guidelines
  • Handle transactions efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure retail outlets are presented to the highest visual and operational standards
  • Follow procedures to minimize stock loss, damages, returns, and exchanges
  • Support inventory control and stock handling processes
  • Act as an Atlantis brand ambassador with every guest interaction
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within hospitality or leisure environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural sales ability with confidence in product recommendation
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work across multiple retail outlets within a large resort setting
  • Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
