Company Overview:Allocation Assist Middle East is a leading healthcare staffing and recruitment agency in the Middle East region. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant neurosurgeon/cranial to join our team in Abu Dhabi.Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert consultations, diagnoses, and treatment services to patients with neurosurgical and cranial conditions.- Perform various surgical procedures, including brain and spinal surgeries, and coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with best practices and current guidelines.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.- Continuously review and monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.- Participate in research and provide leadership in scholarly activities related to neurosurgery/cranial practice.- Participate in educational activities and clinical training for residents, fellows, and medical students.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.- Actively participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills:- A medical degree from a recognized institution.- Completion of specialty training in neurosurgery/cranial in the UK, with a valid CCT (certificate of completion of training).- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant neurosurgeon/cranial surgeon in a reputable healthcare institution.- Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.- Demonstrated knowledge of current practices, techniques, and advancements in neurosurgery/the cranial field.- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage complex cases.- Understanding of ethical and legal principles related to healthcare practice.Why Join Us:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team.- State-of-the-art facilities and equipment.- Opportunities for continuing professional development and career advancement.- Attractive work location in Abu Dhabi, a vibrant and rapidly growing city.If you are a passionate and skilled consultant neurosurgeon/cranial looking to advance your career in a fast-paced and exciting environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
