Lead MES deployment and integration across all production areas within the campus. Maintain and continuously improve the MES system post-deployment. Ensure connectivity between MES and ERP (e.g., SAP), Quality and Planning systems. Define and maintain MES standards, workflows, and governance. Configure MES modules for traceability, OEE, production reporting and recipe management. Develop integration documentation and data flow maps. Manage MES projects: planning, resources, timelines and risk mitigation. Act as the primary point of contact for MES vendors and internal stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and compliance. Monitor system performance, identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and present reports on MES performance, integration status and KPIs. Drive harmonization of MES processes across production lines and business units. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards. Business Value & ROI: Track benefits such as cycle time reduction, OEE improvement and cost savings. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with plant managers, process owners and IT team. Change Management: Lead user adoption and organizational change efforts for MES implementations. Bachelor's Degree of engineering 7-10 years in Operations, Supply Chain, or MES 5+ years in project management MES platforms knowledge, preferably Apriso (e.g Dassault, Ignition, Synaptica, Fluke) Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing is a big plus ERP-MES integration and complex manufacturing processes Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile) Effective communication and stakeholder engagement Change management expertise Business value orientation Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
