Role Overview: Support the Pre-Contract team in preparing high-quality bid submissions, proposals, and tender documents. This role combines proposal coordination, document preparation, and graphic design.Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze RFP documents and client instructions.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for submissions.
Draft and edit proposals and company profiles.
Design visually engaging proposals and presentations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years' experience in bid coordination or graphic design.
