Job PurposeCoordinates, follow-up and monitor operation & production plans for the Team. Monitor and report the monthly operation & production activities to ensure the Company meets its monthly targets. Prepare and disseminate production related reports.Job Specific Accountabilities
  • Provide daily support to Engineers. Develop and maintain a technical record system holding production related standards, procedures & guidelines.
  • Act as a focal point for disseminating operation & production related documents to all concerned parties.
  • Provide coordinated fields input to concerned Divisions during all development plant / project phases (including conceptual studies, project identification, basic and detailed engineering construction and commissioning).
  • Prepares the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to operation & production.
  • Coordinate with all concerned disciplines within the assigned fields on matters related to operation & production plans, projects, plant modifications and asset replacement programmes in order to prepare necessary documents.
  • Maintain a schedule of activities related to operations & production plans, projects, plant modifications and asset replacement.
  • Coordinate and participate in the field review of all designs, procedures and plans related to projects with particular emphasis to incorporate fields operating philosophy, work practices and gained experience.
  • Develop plans, in coordination with all field concerned departments for field contribution to plant commissioning and operation. Such plans would take into account manpower availability and required training.
Minimum QualificationDiploma – Technical Discipline.Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills5 years of relevant experience preferably in the oil and gas industry
