- Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in commercial, cost control, or project environments
- Basic understanding of cost management principles and lifecycle costing
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work within team environments
- Organized approach with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
