Job Title: Sales Executive Events & Wedding PlannerLocation: DubaiCompensation: AED 7,000 9,000 per month + 5 10% commission on total salesJob Type: Full-timeJob Brief:We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing events team. In this role, you will help clients bring their dream weddings and special events to life. You will work closely with our in-house design and production team to offer beautiful interiors, stunning setups, and unforgettable experiences.This role focuses on selling premium event and wedding services in the UAE, especially for UAE national weddings. If you love building relationships, understand the wedding culture, and have a flair for creating magical moments, we would love to meet you.Responsibilities:

Meet and connect with clients to understand their dream event or wedding vision.
Present our designs, production options, and service packages in a clear and inspiring way.
Build strong relationships with clients to create trust and long-term connections.
Achieve monthly sales targets (starting from the second month).
Work closely with our design and production team to ensure client expectations are met.
Attend events and weddings to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep track of leads, proposals, and contracts.

Qualifications:

3 5 years of UAE experience in sales within events, weddings, or related services.
Knowledge of UAE wedding culture, especially for local clients.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Positive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
