- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across the full portfolio of brands in Saudi Arabia.
- Partner closely with global and regional teams to localise global brand platforms and campaigns while maintaining consistency and effectiveness.
- Drive performance marketing, media planning, and ROI-led decision making to ensure marketing investments directly support commercial outcomes.
- Oversee brand communications, ATL/BTL activation, consumer promotions, digital campaigns, and in-store marketing execution.
- Champion innovation and new product launches, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, insights, and R&D teams.
- Leverage deep consumer insights to shape brand positioning and enhance relevance within the Saudi market.
- Manage and coach a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous development.
- 10+ years of FMCG marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer trends, and retail environment.
- Expertise in digital and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Collaborative leader with experience in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
