This strategic leadership role is responsible for building and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy across multiple categories and brands. The position will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, market share, consumer engagement, and regional innovation in a highly competitive landscape.What You'll be Doing…
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies across the full portfolio of brands in Saudi Arabia.
  • Partner closely with global and regional teams to localise global brand platforms and campaigns while maintaining consistency and effectiveness.
  • Drive performance marketing, media planning, and ROI-led decision making to ensure marketing investments directly support commercial outcomes.
  • Oversee brand communications, ATL/BTL activation, consumer promotions, digital campaigns, and in-store marketing execution.
  • Champion innovation and new product launches, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, insights, and R&D teams.
  • Leverage deep consumer insights to shape brand positioning and enhance relevance within the Saudi market.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and continuous development.
Who You Are…
  • 10+ years of FMCG marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer trends, and retail environment.
  • Expertise in digital and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative leader with experience in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Saudi national preferred
