- Prepare accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings including layouts, plans, elevations and construction documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, architects and engineers to ensure compliant and detailed design outputs
- Manage and analyze spatial datasets using GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro
- Create, maintain and analyze infrastructure network data for planning activities
- Integrate GIS layers into AutoCAD drawings to produce maps and visual presentations
- Maintain and update GIS databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Review designs and documentation for compliance with NOC standards and regulatory requirements
- Support preparation of NOC documentation and recommend adjustments where classifications or standards evolve
- Provide technical support for AutoCAD and GIS applications
- Manage file organization, version control and documentation for project traceability
- Conduct quality control reviews of drawings, maps and technical reports
- Prepare technical reports, maps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, GIS or related discipline
- Strong experience with AutoCAD 2D and 3D drafting
- Proficiency in ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro platforms
- Knowledge of infrastructure planning and spatial data management
- Familiarity with NOC procedures and regulatory compliance standards
