- Implement HSE policies, safety plans, and regulatory requirements across sites
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Review safety plans, emergency procedures, and maintenance risk assessments
- Conduct site inspections and ensure immediate correction of unsafe practices
- Coordinate with project teams to strengthen safety awareness and compliance
- Lead safety meetings and track closure of safety observations
- Evaluate permit-to-work systems, toolbox talks, and safety documentation
- Investigate incidents, communicate findings, and enforce preventive measures
A skilled safety professional with hands-on experience in UAE infrastructure and maintenance projects, including highways and bridges. The candidate should be capable of managing safety in active environments, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with multiple contractors effectively.Skills Set
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction and maintenance safety regulations
- Risk assessment and hazard control expertise
- Familiarity with RTA guidelines and work zone traffic management
- NEBOSH, ISO certifications, and safety compliance experience
