- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Set clear performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and provide ongoing feedback and training.
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, pipeline reviews, and skills development.
- Drive end-to-end B2B inside sales process, including lead qualification, consultative selling, and opportunity conversion.
- Develop and execute effective sales cadences via email, calls, social selling, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, lead generation strategies, and account-based outreach.
- Manage and grow relationships with prospects in mid-market and enterprise segments, focusing on IT Services, Cybersecurity, and Managed Security offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring clear visibility of leads, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Partner with solution consultants, delivery, and product teams to ensure accurate positioning of services.
- Coordinate with marketing for targeted campaigns, webinars, and demand-generation initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between inside sales and field sales to ensure seamless customer engagement.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead / supervisory role.
- Strong background in IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Managed Services sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, MS Dynamics) and lead generation tools like ZoomInfo.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, Cloud Security.
- Exposure to channel sales / partner ecosystems in cybersecurity.
