- Lead contract administration from pre-contract negotiations through project close-out
- Advise senior management on contractual obligations, risk exposure, and mitigation strategies
- Oversee claims management including EOTs, variations, prolongation, disruption, and loss and expense claims
- Develop defence and dispute avoidance strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Establish and manage project control systems covering programme compliance and commercial risk
- Review contractor programmes, monitor progress, and implement recovery plans when required
- Manage RFC, RFI, and change control processes while assessing contractual and commercial impacts
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, clients, and contractors on dispute and claims matters
- Provide leadership and training to project teams on contracts and claims awareness
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 12 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of construction contracts and local industry practices
- Proven experience handling EOT, prolongation, disruption, and complex consultancy claims
- Experience in healthcare construction projects is advantageous
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and contractual judgment
