You will work closely with the team to develop training programs and SOPs, ensuring alignment with our hotel brand service standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing team member development, succession planning, and performance goals. Additionally, you'll manage staffing, and provide support to C&E while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. As a champion of responsible business practices, you'll prioritize community engagement while driving marketing initiatives and monitoring industry trends.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different, but you'll mostly be:In this role, you'll elevate guest experiences by maintaining brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and actively engaging with guests to solicit feedback. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure cleanliness and maintenance of F&B facilities, analyze guest insights to drive loyalty, and optimize revenue through strategic planning and expense control. Your role extends to preparing budgets, driving revenue, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring secure financial transactions. You will be directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals; delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them; Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices; Working closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue; and multitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet, and meeting facilities - as well as a number of managers and supervisors.
