- Help and assist all the guests in a friendly and educated manner.
- Show amazing skills in anticipating guest’s needs and unrivaled attention to details.
- Build a thorough rapport with guests and maintain interaction in order to facilitate guest recognition and obtain specific individual needs, likes, and dislikes in order to maintain guest history files.
- Ensure that Bulgari Brand Standards and Signature Services are followed.
- Ensures all expected arrival Villas are checked and in order according to Bulgari standards and guest’s preferences.
- Promote and cross sell all outlets within the resort.
- Abide by all policies and procedures as provided in the butler services SOP manual as well as the hotel & company policies and procedures at all times.
- Have working knowledge of the hotel operating system (OPERA) and point of sale (Micros).
- Have full understanding & knowledge of all villa services, amenities, functions & systems.
- Collect pre-arrival details and prepare the Villa for guest arrival with preferences and set up.
- Greet the guest in the Villa, Offer rooming and registration process (In room check-in), Cashiering and takes care of beverage service.
- Be fully responsible for the pantry in every villa by ensuring the manning & cleanliness is controlled and both are correctly stocked & operationally prepared at all times according to set standards.
- Ensure a full & complete shift handover and maintain a high level of communication & feedback within the department.
- Co-ordinate & liaise at all times with the butler Supervisor and villa Manager.
- Refresh the Villa & assist with turndowns and ensure the villas are maintained & serviced as required.
- Coordinate laundry and pressing collection and delivery and provide a full shoeshine service.
- Unpack/ pack guest luggage as requested.
- Deliver and place the evening amenities or gifts and newspapers & magazines.
- Coordinate with room service and kitchen team with regards to any food requirements and assist in service.
- Maintain full control of the bar replenishment and provide beverage service.
- Carry out Bulgari Signature services and small personalized touches to ensure guests are blown away.
- Collect pre-departure details from the guest and facilitates final departure (billing, payment, packing and farewell).
- Preferably candidates who can speak Chinese / Mandarin in addition to English
