- Identify and assess regulatory developments and public affairs opportunities across the UAE
- Build and maintain relationships with government entities and regulatory authorities
- Support development and execution of public affairs strategies across all emirates
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives and ensure alignment
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders and authorities
- Manage meetings, events, and engagement activities with government partners
- Support risk mitigation efforts by identifying and documenting potential issues
- Lead corporate responsibility initiatives and ensure alignment with sustainability goals
- Measure and report social impact and non-financial performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, marketing, and operations
- 4 to 6 years of experience in public affairs, communications, or corporate responsibility
- Background in government relations, agency, or in-house corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
