  • Master’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Program development Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent
  • Ideally have 7+ years of experience in ECD program development and delivery, preferably in a senior role within an entity in the UAE, demonstrating a strong understanding of local regulations and practices
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within early childhood development programs or initiatives
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering ECD interventions including programs for children and parents
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and interventions for children aged 0-3 and their families
Roles:Lead the Strategic Development of the Early Enrichment Program (EEP):
  • Work with selected partners and experts to validate initial high level offering design and establish detailed program vision, goals, and objectives aligned with Project Ghazal
  • Coordinate communication between different partners and experts supporting in EEP design to ensure seamless collaboration and capture all relevant inputs
  • Work with selected partners and experts to develop comprehensive program content including long list of enrichment activities for each age group, session sequencing, critical space elements, materials required etc.
  • Work with selected partners and experts to develop program delivery model including age group segmentation, group sizes, indoor and outdoor activity split, child and parent journeys, personnel requirements, training needs, quality assurance protocols, etc.
  • Ensure incorporation and inclusion of children of determination and their parents in EEP components
Oversee the Implementation and Evaluation of the EEP:
  • Lean and guide EEP practitioners to ensure effective program delivery in line with program design elements
  • Monitor program activities and outcomes for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with research and delivery partners and experts for rigorous program evaluation and amendments as required
Facilitate Parent and Community Engagement in the EEP:
  • Devise strategies for the fruitful involvement of parents in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Forge partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to gather support and interest in EEP in line with enrolment targets
  • Organize outreach events and workshops to empower parents and build their interest in enrolling their children in the EEP
Provide Professional Development and Support to EEP Staff:
  • Identify and create a plan to address comprehensive staff training needs including partnering with target organizations to administer required upskilling
  • Establish systems for supervision and mentorship
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
