Conversion Officer or Education / Student counsellor

• This involves detailed follow-up with students, answering enquiries and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure that applications and enquiries lead to enrolments.
• To undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade as required by the line manager
• With the Recruitment and Conversion Manager, have a detailed understanding of appropriate information and data in order that recruitment and admissions progress can be monitored accurately and management information compiled and shared with internal stakeholders.
• Assist clients with queries regarding registration.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers (mostly via phone)
• Excellent business communication skills (both oral and written)
