- After successful 2024, looking for Customer Experience Manager to join the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to promote collaboration and a consistent, customer-focused approach across departments.
- Support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, while working with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and data to help improve and align services with customer expectations.
- Must have relevant background in Customer Experience or Events Management ideally in finance or banking industry.
- Knowledge in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights.
- Must have a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, drive collaboration across teams, and contribute a positive organizational culture.
- Can speak fluent English and Arabic.
