- Lead and implement the strategic vision for the Learning & Experience division.
- Develop innovative learning initiatives that increase audience engagement.
- Oversee creation of interpretive materials including texts, multimedia, and digital tools.
- Design immersive and inquiry‑based gallery experiences for diverse audience groups.
- Supervise development of workshops, lectures, tours, artist talks, and community programs.
- Build partnerships with educational, cultural, and community organisations locally and internationally.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to learning and engagement teams.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate audience perspectives into program and exhibition planning.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure impact and improve learning outcomes.
- Master's degree in Art History, Arts Administration, Cultural Studies, or related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in cultural learning, public programs, or education initiatives within major international institutions.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering complex, large‑scale programs.
- Strong understanding of contemporary art and current interpretation practices.
- Experience engaging diverse, multicultural, and international audiences.
- Skills in strategic planning, program development, communication, and stakeholder management.
