- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Process customer orders, bookings, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating information, processing payments, and issuing invoices.
- Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, and records as required.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Provide support to the management team as needed, including conducting research and preparing presentations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service, administration, and data confidentiality.
- Filipino nationality is preferred for this position.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in the airlines, aviation, shipping, or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
