We are hiring for a reputable company operating in the aviation industry. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service / Admin Executive, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the airlines, aviation, shipping, or logistics industry.Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
  • Process customer orders, bookings, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating information, processing payments, and issuing invoices.
  • Prepare and maintain administrative documents, reports, and records as required.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
  • Provide support to the management team as needed, including conducting research and preparing presentations.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures related to customer service, administration, and data confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Filipino nationality is preferred for this position.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in the airlines, aviation, shipping, or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
