- Configuring and Managing Microsoft outlook 2003 & 2007,2010, 2013, and office365 .
- Resolving issues raised at it helpdesk related to desktops, Internet, and printer)
- Installing and configuring vpn (Virtual Private network ) client.
- Troubleshooting all standard software and organizational applications and provide a 1st level troubleshooting .
- Troubleshooting all hardware as well as software issues with permanent solutions.
- Backup Email in Outlook and delete it from the server - Public folder backup weekly
- Accounts software backup daily (Adorn, INT, AMK, Santhosh, KING BAZAAR, dumisoft)
- cctv installation and configuration (INT, MHS, King Bazaar)
- CCTV camera backup (Removed HDD after 20 Days)
- Coordinate with Vendors for IT requirement
- Purchasing IT Material from the Market
- Shifting PC and Printer
- Cabling and crimping Internet cable
- Keeping a record of IT Asset
- Purchasing a Domain for the website and keeping an expiring record
- Email ID creation, deletion, and backup in Outlook
- Editing in Photoshop (Company logo, Email signature, and Adorn products)
- Keep a record of the user's pc, email password
- Visiting Etisalat for documentation
- Changing laptop, Desktop, and Server Hardware
- Configured and troubleshoot Network printer and scanner.
