MEP Engineer Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Infrastructure Projects - Parsons Corporation - Dubai UAE

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering activities across project design, construction, and commissioning stages
• Manage site supervision activities ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical recommendations for mechanical equipment and infrastructure systems
• Advise project management teams and clients on procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Attend factory acceptance tests and site inspections to verify equipment performance and compliance with project requirements
• Develop engineering work scopes, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements
• Monitor engineering progress to ensure project milestones and budget targets are achieved
• Identify and document project scope changes and support procurement planning for engineering packages
• Coordinate with procurement teams and subcontractors during bid evaluation and project execution
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated technical solutions
• Assist project managers in supervising project execution including technical, financial, and administrative aspects
• Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation for project management and client review

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related engineering discipline
• Minimum eight years of experience in mechanical or MEP engineering roles within infrastructure or construction projects
• Experience working with irrigation pumping stations and related mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems installation, testing, and commissioning processes
• Ability to manage technical coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams
