  • Assist senior engineers in supervising daily mechanical installation activities on-site
  • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and site teams for smooth execution
  • Support resolution of basic technical and site-related issues under supervision
  • Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Maintain site documentation including reports, logs, and progress updates
  • Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Report risks, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within project teams
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in MEP construction or site engineering roles
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction practices
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
