Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage candidates.Provide advice and market insights to clients and candidates.Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in the hiring process.ProfileA successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
